‘ARREST Chris Whitty’: Moment Piers Corbyn and anti-vax mob CRASH Chief Medical Officer’s speech

Conspiracy crank Piers Corbyn last night ambushed Professor Chris Whitty at a lecture, branding him a ‘murderer’ and calling for him to be arrested.

Former Labour leader Jeremy’s older brother, 74, cut short the Chief Medical Officer’s speech on cholera before blasting him with insults.

He berated him with questions before launching into thuggish chants of ‘arrest Chris Whitty’ and calling out what he claimed was ‘fascism in Europe and the world’.

It comes less than a day after Corbyn and his gang of anti-vaxxers invaded London’s City Hall Peoples’ Question Time event.

They shrieked at a panel member and launched into a rant about Covid being a ‘hoax’ before they were dragged out by security.

Professor Whitty had been giving a speech on cholera at a lecture theatre believed to be in London.

But it was hijacked by Corbyn and his conspiracy crew, who cut the event short by refusing to let him finish his talk.

Corbyn said: ‘This nonsense is propagated by [inaudible] your mate. Will you be able to answer a question on your summit.

‘In your summing up do you mind answering the following question? Do you know it’s proven the NHS… that the jabs is killing people.

‘It causes heart problems, it causes heart problems that is proven. The jab itself is causing the disease. That is proven.

‘It’s time to end the jab programme now. We call on you Mr Whitty to end the jab programme.

‘And if you don’t believe me, read the American Heart Association… is proving even that this MRNA jab is causing inflammation of the heart.’

A woman recording the conspiracy theorist yells at Professor Whitty to ‘answer the question, answer the question’.

Corbyn said: ‘The clock shop has to end now.’ They then began chanting: ‘Stop the clock shop, stop the clock shop.’

They fall silent after calling again for the leading health expert to give them a response, but he appeared to continue with his presentation.

The camerawoman screams: ‘This is more important than your stupid lecture. Answer the question.

‘The American Hearts Association has said that the shots are causing heart inflammation. Answer the question.’

Corbyn continued: ‘This is fascism in Europe and the world and he [pointing at Professor Whitty] is an architect of it.

‘He should be arrested along with Boris Johnson. The JCVI said there was no need to jab children and you and Johnson and Vallance went ahead with it.

‘You are murderers, criminals, you should be arrested.’ The woman cut in: ‘Chris Whitty you are a murderer.’

The thugs broke out into a vile chant of ‘arrest Chris Whitty, arrest Chris Whitty’ as they continued to protest.

The woman yelled: ‘Nuremberg trials Chris Whitty. Nuremberg trials.’

But finally two police officers walked down the stairs of the lecture hall and called for them to leave.

The camerawoman asked them: ‘So are you going to arrest all of us? Arrest him, arrest Chris Whitty. Arrest that man.’

The young policeman said to her: ‘Just calm down, we just want to go and talk to you. I’m not going to arrest him.’

But the conspiracy theorists continued to yell after him ‘murderer’, ‘arrest him’ and ‘answer the question’.

The rest of the visitors started to head out the hall, but the cranks continued to chant: ‘Resist, defy, do not comply.’

The policeman leaned on a bannister as he was berated by the group and chatted to them.

The conspiracy theorists were finally escorted out while still launching vicious verbal assaults at Professor Whitty.

A member of the audience stopped to talk to the camerawomen before she turned her attacks on him.

She said: ‘I think trying to save lives is a bit more important than your evening okay. These people are f****** ridiculous Jesus Christ. Ruining your evening oh my god.

‘This is the world we live in, people are more interested in a stupid lecture than finding out the truth. Absolutely ridiculous.’

On Tuesday Corbyn and his gang of anti-vaxxers stormed London’s City Hall during a Peoples’ Question Time event.

But they were booted out after shrieking at a panel member who refused to respond to a conspiracy theorist’s diatribe about Covid being a ‘hoax’.

Panel chair Anne Clarke had calmly asked: ‘Can we please get Piers Corbyn and his friends out of here.’

Corbyn has been resorting to increasingly desperate measures in a bid to promote his anti-vaxxer conspiracy theories.

These include shouting at pupils outside a London school in a bid to scare them off getting the jab.

Earlier this month, he stormed a university lecture held by Professor Neil Ferguson, with one activist branding the government adviser a ‘f*****g murderer’.

The Department for Health and Metropolitan Police Service have been contacted for comment.
