The incident occurred on Guilford Avenue just before 2pm on Wednesday, with footage from the scene showing the 40-year-old struggling to remain on her feet.

She was whisked into a patrol car before an officer re-emerges, dragging the woman with one arm after she allegedly refused to sit still.

Police say the woman then became aggressive, so they took her for further review in the back of an ambulance.
