The couple entered an application to transform an agricultural stables on land at their sprawling mansion into a horse riding paradise in March.

Their request was ‘validated’ last month while the Wagatha trial waged on, although a decision is yet to be made by the local council.

The couple also own the land adjacent to their eight-bedroom home – purchased in 2016 – on top of the dreamhouse, council documents state.

The land was valued at less than £10,000.
