Bachelor in Paradise’s Mary Viturino and Conor Canning have announced they are expecting their second child together. 

The couple, who found love on the Channel 10 reality show in 2020, announced their baby joy with a sweet Instagram post on Thursday. 

‘I think you guys probably have an idea, but I will just confirm. We are definitely having another baby this year’, Mary wrote next to a romantic photo of real estate agent Conor cradling her baby bump.

She also included photos of herself and Conor posing with their daughter Summer Elizabeth, ten months, and Mary’s seven-year-old daughter from a previous relationship, Chanel. 

Mary and Conor have been together since meeting on the third season of Bachelor in Paradise, which was filmed in late 2019 and aired in early 2020.

Shortly after leaving the show as a couple, they moved in together in Conor’s hometown of Hobart, Tasmania.

In October 2020, the couple announced they were expecting their first child.  

The pair then welcomed daughter Summer Elizabeth six weeks early in March, but unfortunately Conor was interstate at the time of the birth.

He was forced to meet his daughter for the first time via a video call.

‘I literally left for a conference that day, so I watched via Facetime which was a bit sad,’ the doting dad told Studio 10 in an interview last May. 

‘It was so moving seeing how strong Mary was through the whole thing,’ he added. 

Conor last made headlines in October last year after he was stripped of his real estate agent i and fined $30k after stealing from a former employer and lying under oath. 

Canning had been deregistered by the Property Agents Tribunal in 2020, after stealing a client database from a former employer and then lying about it under oath, but sought to appeal the decision in June 2021.

The tribunal’s decision was upheld by the Hobart Magistrates Court, with Magistrate Chris Webster saying: ‘[Mr Canning] demonstrated by his actions… that he is not an honest person.’

Conor and Mary had previously made it clear that they look forward to expanding their family. 

In August 2020, Conor told Now To Love: ‘I think I’ve always wanted a big family, so we’re both keen on the idea’
