Sheng, a film producer, said on the social media site that the ‘moment was right’ to propose, People reported.
‘I feel so blessed and fortunate,’ Sheng said. ‘We have both grown so much since we first met, and the fact that we have both been able to grow into better, stronger, more secure individuals while still being in a relationship together makes me have faith that this partnership will last a lifetime.
‘For the first time we’re both experiencing unconditional love. The truest kind of love. The kind where we may not always like each other but will ALWAYS love each other. I promise to always be your rock, support, and shoulder to lean on – no matter what. I got you. Ily.’

Stodden first made headlines in 2011 at 16 in marrying a then-50-year-old Doug Hutchison, the actor best known for his roles in 1999’s The Green Mile and on the ABC TV show Lost. The couple separated in 2017 and filed for divorce in 2018, with the split finalized in early 2020.
In March of 2020, Stodden took to the social media site to ‘speak on this matter,’ saying that they will ‘always’ both love and be angry with Hutchison.
They said that Hutchison left them ‘feeling belittled and confused’ in the relationship, suggesting he never ‘do this to another minor again … even if the parent signs off.’
Megan Fox previously had a tattoo of Marilyn Monroe on her arm, but had it removed. Stodden was briefly linked to Fox’s ex Brian Austin Green in the wake of their split.
