Hannah Brown dropped several shocking bombshells in her new memoir, God Bless This Mess.
The Bachelorette vet, 27, revealed her aunt and cousins were murdered by a man who came to their house looking for money, according to Us Weekly.
Hannah also revealed she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at age 11 and underwent a surgery which removed the tumor.

Recalling the heartbreaking murders of her family, Hannah claimed her uncle Stu discovered his wife and two children Robin, six, and Trent, four, dead at their Alabama home in 2001. Stu’s wife was the younger sister of Hannah’s father Robert.
The three were killed by a man who had once stayed at their place on a work-release program. His girlfriend was also an addict.
Hannah said the man came to their house for money and stabbed her aunt when she caught him going through her purse.
She shouted at her children to run, but the man was able to catch her cousin Robin, and he stabbed her multiple times with a steak knife.

Hannah says her aunt went upstairs to get her son Trent, but they too were discovered by the murderer.
‘He had “gone too far now,” he told her, and he stabbed her again. As she lay dying on the floor, he found Trent,’ Hannah wrote.
‘He slid open the door to the cabinets in the hallway. He pulled Trent out, four-year-old Trent, and he killed him, too. When it was all over, he went back and stabbed all three of them again, just to make sure they were dead.’
Afterwards, Hannah says the devastating attack created distance between herself and her father’s side of the family.

As her parents did not believe in therapy, her family did not process the trauma of the events, according to Us Weekly.
Hannah said she feared a man breaking into her house and killing her family after the murder.
‘I wasn’t scared of monsters under my bed; I was scared of someone being in my closet, sneaking into my window, breaking through our front door to kill my family. Not a monster. A man,’ she wrote.
Hannah also recounted receiving a pancreatic cancer diagnosis at age 11.
When she was in fifth grade, she underwent an MRI in order to find out what had been causing her frequent stomach aches. However, the procedure revealed she had a ‘tumor the size of an egg’ on her pancreas, according to Page Six.

‘They sent me for a biopsy, and a day or so later, my dad got a call with the results — not from our regular doctor, but from an oncologist. The tumor was malignant. Cancer. Pancreatic cancer — one of the deadliest forms of cancer there is,’ she said.
However, Brown was given some peace of mind after the oncologist informed her the cancer had not spread.
‘On the day of my surgery, I wasn’t scared about what was going to happen to me. At all,’ Hannah wrote. ‘Even though my mother was in tears and my dad looked as worried as I’d ever seen him in my life as the nurses came to wheel me into the operating room, I looked up at my mom from my hospital bed and said, ‘Mama, I’m going to be okay.”
All Hannah was really worried about was losing her hair.
‘There was a chance we’d have to go through radiation and chemotherapy, they said, depending on what the surgeon found once they got me into the operating room,’ Hannah wrote. ‘But miraculously, I didn’t need either one.’
The tumor was entirely removed during the procedure, according to ET Online.
‘I had to go to checkups a few times a year or so after that, but nothing else ever turned up in my scans or in my bloodwork,’ she wrote.
