The garment also featured a leg split while the Spice Girls star styled her locks into loose waves.

Adding height to her frame with a pair of heels, Mel completed her look with a light pallet of makeup.

NBA shooting guard Iman Shumpert and his dance partner Daniella Karagach were crowned the winners of the series while JoJo Siwa and her partner Jenna Johnson finished as runners up.

Cody Rigsby and his pro partner Cheryl Burke finished in third place, while Amanda Kloots and her pro partner Alan Bersten came in fourth.

Iman and Daniella had received back to back perfect scores from the judges for their last two dances of the season.

They particularly blew the judges and the audience away with their Chicago step-inspired freestyle dance to Missy Eliott’s song Lose Control wearing blue sweatsuits with white T-shirts and white sneakers.

Iman won an NBA Championship in 2016 while playing with LeBron James on the Cleveland Cavaliers and was focused on another championship.

Mel and her partner Gleb Savchenko were eliminated back in week five during Grease Night after the judges voted to keep Olivia Jade.

Mel C showed the agony of defeat and hung her head as she was eliminated and Gleb wrapped his arm around her shoulder to console her.

Olivia meanwhile crumbled to ballroom floor as she was overcome with the thrill of victory and Val dropped to his knees.

Melanie and Gleb were the penultimate performers and danced a Quickstep to You’re The One That I Want.

After her elimination, Mel took to Instagram and wrote: ‘I’m gutted to have been eliminated tonight but it’s one of those things and it wasn’t meant to be.

‘It’s been an incredible experience and I’ve met some wonderful people, the foremost being my fantastic partner and teacher @glebsavchenkofficial.

‘I would like to thank so many people for the support they’ve given me, the wonderful production and crew on the show, but most of all, my amazing fans who were with me all the way.’
