The Wiggles’ newest member John Pearce has revealed the health and fitness secrets behind his muscular physique.
The 31-year-old former Justice Crew star says he keeps fit by starting the day with a glass of water, a black coffee and a half-hour body weight workout.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, the buff performer said: ‘Your body is the product of your habits. It’s the most important asset you can have because you cannot do anything without it.’

‘I believe that having a holistic approach to overall health is the key to a healthy body,’ he added.
‘That involves a balance of quality nutrition and enjoying the foods you love in moderation combined with a consistent fitness routine.’
Sharing some wisdom from his Dad, John said it was important to seize every moment, live in the present and not take life too seriously. He also says smiling, getting a good sleep and being social are key factors to good mental health.
John, who now wears the purple skivvy in the successful children’s group, is currently juggling studying a degree in Clinical Nutrition with The Wiggles’ Fruit Salad TV Big Show Tour.

The muscled star of Australian Ninja Warrior says that his Bachelor of Science studies has become an important influence on the way he looks at health and fitness.
John says he’s putting his new knowledge to work by experimenting with different training and eating methods.

Announced as The Wiggles’ latest member last August, he has proved popular with audiences.
He joined new performers including 15-year-old Tsehay Hawkins, who was adopted from Ethiopia, and Chinese-Australian Kelly Hamilton, a 45-year-old dancer who has performed with artists including Beyoncé and Pink.
Rounding out the new arrivals is Evie Ferris, a 24-year-old Indigenous dancer from Cairns.

The line-up will also feature three new non-binary characters including a dancing cop named Officer Beaples, Shirley Shawn the Unicorn and Bok the hand puppet.
