Bump season two release date is announced as a new trailer drops for the popular Australian TV series on Stan

Stan has announced that Bump season two will be released on the streaming platform on Boxing Day.

A new trailer for the highly anticipated second outing dropped on Wednesday, showcasing what’s in store for the popular Aussie comedy-drama series. 

The teaser features the Chalmers-Davis and Hernandez families once again dealing with love, laughter, relationships and drama.

In the new season, Oly (Nathalie Morris) and Santi (Carlos Sanson Jr) will continue to get to know each other.

Meanwhile, Angie (Claudia Karvan) and Dom (Angus Sampson) will be forced to deal with the fallout of their separation and the complicated new relationships and dramas they have found themselves immersed in.

The first season of Bump was Stan’s biggest ever premiere, breaking the all-time viewing record for a new series on the platform at the time.

It drew acclaim from both critics and viewers for being relatable and full of heart.

Bump is produced by Stan and Australian production company Roadshow Rough Diamond, along with its star Claudia Karvan.

It’s the same team behind the the renowned Aussie series Love My Way.

Expect all your favourites to return for the second outing, including Paula Garcia as Rosa, Ioane Saula as Vince, Safia Arain as Reema and Claudia Di Giusti as Bernadita.

Sarah Meacham will also return as Madison alongside Ricardo Scheihing Vasquez as Matias, Miguel Andrade as Alejandro, Christian Byers as Bowie, and Jana Zvedeniuk as Katerina.

Stan has already announced a third season of Bump, which will go into production early next year.   

Season one of Bump is available to stream now on Stan. Season two will be available to stream on December 26
