The Bachelorette’s Darvid Garayeli, 28, (pictured) has revealed where he stands with Brooke Blurton following their messy split in January

‘It’s a strong no from me,’ he wrote alongside a skull emoji after a fan quizzed him on their friendship status.

Brooke was left blindsided when Darvid revealed on January 2 the couple had called it quits.

While they had both agreed to break up, Brooke said she didn’t expect Darvid to announce it publicly so soon.

‘Starting the new year off with an end to a chapter and hopefully the beginning of another,’ he wrote.

‘Unfortunately Brooke and I have parted ways. Whilst we both genuinely thought we were each other’s person, things change and that’s okay,’ he wrote on New Year’s Day.

The split has since turned bitter with Brooke wiping all evidence from her Instagram of the couple living together in Melbourne.

At the time, Brooke tried to keep details about their relationship ending private, but more recently Brooke confessed to NITV that she felt Darvid wanted to ‘humiliate’ her by going public with their split.

Brooke told the network that she was left with ‘no choice’ in the break-up being made so public, and wished Darvid would have waited to announce it.

They have also unfollowed and blocked one another on social media.
