‘I feel so blessed and overwhelmed with all the love and support, and it’s incredible that I’m getting this much love, especially from home. It means the world to me.

‘Starting this, that’s all I ever wanted to do, just bring up the culture and show the world how good Australian music was.

‘Shout out to every single one of you guys out there who’s been supporting it. I’ll be back next year on tour, and I can’t wait to see all you guys. I love you.’

‘During that time I started thinking, and I made the decision that I need to take some time away from everything and focus on the next project; my debut album.

‘I’m going to miss you all beyond words can describe, but I do believe that this is what I need to do to give you all the best music possible.’

Addressing his fans, he added: ‘It’s been a wild year to say the least… There is no way I will ever be able to repay you.’
