Angela returned to work when Ruby was just 12 weeks old, and recently admitted she saw lockdown as her maternity leave.
In an interview with The Sun she revealed: ‘I went back to work very quickly and one of the ways I got over the lack of control of lockdown was to look at it as the maternity leave I never gave myself.’
‘I’d thought of myself as this machine, but giving birth made me realise I wasn’t, after all. All the ideas I had of myself were shattered. I needed help. I needed my husband’s help, I needed a midwife’s help, I needed a lactation consultant’s help.’

It comes after last month Angela was rushed to hospital after being involved in a serious crash with a private ambulance and two other cars.
According to The Sun, the star was in an Addison Lee private car at 9.30am, when it collided with the ambulance on north London’s The Bishops Avenue – nicknamed ‘billionaires’ row’ due to its concentration of sprawling mansions.
Witnesses claim Angela’s vehicle was hit by a van which had first been struck by a BMW. Angela has regularly stood in for permanent host Alex Jones on the BBC show.

Angela later shared a video updating fans on her well-being and said she was ‘absolutely fine’.
She said: ‘I’m absolutely fine. There was a car accident yesterday, I was in it. It looked pretty bad, nobody was hurt thankfully. We crashed into an ambulance.
‘They were amazing, everyone was amazing. I did have to go to hospital just as a precaution but I’m fine.
‘Took a day off, absolutely fine. Both drivers are fine. Sorry if anyone panicked. I panicked a bit when I saw it!’
A local told The Sun: ‘It was a serious crash which involved four vehicles. It made a hell of a racket. Quite loud bangs. It was four vehicles in total.
‘People looked shocked and shook up. The damage to the Addison Lee was quite bad and the ambulance itself had to be taken away. It was shocking. The ambulance arrived quickly and took Angela away.’
A London ambulance spokesperson told MailOnline on Wednesday: ‘We were called at 9:27am on 14 September to reports of a road traffic collision involving a private ambulance on Bishops Avenue, N2.
‘We sent an ambulance crew and an incident response officer to the scene. We treated a woman and took her to hospital.’
