‘Oh, yeah. There was a whole list of things,’ the Los Angeles native said.

‘Did you pay attention to those rules? You did not, I have a feeling,’ Jimmy said.

‘I tried to, I was planning on it. They were just so normal. They didn’t make me feel like, oh, I’m scared, I can’t talk to them,’ added Billie, who was pictured meeting with Charles, Prince of Wales, as well as Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, and Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge.

‘They were like very complimentary and they had all these questions for me. They were just very friendly and funny and sweet. I can’t complain, it was amazing,’ Billie said

Billie co-wrote and performed the theme song No Time To Die for the James Bond film of the same name that was the final outing for Daniel Craig, 53, as Agent 007.

The song topped the UK singles chart in 2020 making it Billie’s first number-one single in the UK.

Billie revealed that she and her older brother Finneas O’Connell, 24, used to pretend to write a Bond song years ago.

‘We would just be like, let’s sit down and, like, do some chords that feel Bond-esque,’ she said.

Jimmy asked if they regularly give themselves assignments.

‘Yeah, it’s a songwriting technique. It’s really helpful to have, like, perimeters of what you can do,’ Billie said.

She credited her mother Maggie Baird, 62, for teaching her and Finneas how to write songs.

Billie then pointed out Maggie and her father Patrick who were supporting her in the studio audience.

Jimmy later helped Billie cross items off the bucket list that she wrote up at age 12 that included cutting someone’s hair and getting kicked out of Target.
