Wild child! Kai Rooney, 12, posts fun photoshoot with exotic animals at private farm in Dubai

His mother had been enjoying a holiday after being embroiled in a high court battle with Rebekah Vardy.

And Coleen Rooney’s son Kai also seemed to be having a ball as he posed up a storm while feeding wild animals at a private farm in Dubai in pictures posted on Friday.

The 12-year-old cuddled up to some monkeys, hugged a sloth, and fed what appeared to be a baby lion from a milk bottle in the snaps.

The young boy also held a slithering snake in his hands as his younger brother watched on with worry.

It comes as in recent weeks Coleen had embarked on a family break in Dubai after jetting off on holiday on the last day of her high court battle against Rebekah.

Wayne Rooney shared his first Instagram post in three weeks last month, posting a family snap showing the couple with their four sons, Kai, Klay, eight, Kit, six, and Cass, three at their luxurious resort.

Coleen and her family flew to Dubai earlier in May, missing the final day of her court showdown with fellow WAG Vardy.

The verdict from  Mrs Justice Steyn, who has presided over the proceedings, is expected at a later date.

The photo showed the family of six posing in a courtyard at their hotel as they smiled for the camera.

Coleen wore an off-the-shoulder blue dress, displaying her holiday tan while a beaming Wayne put his arm around her.

The former footballer captioned the photo with a heart emoji, while the post was met by matching emoticons from his colleagues Steven Gerrard and Phil Neville.

Meanwhile Rebekah, 40, took to Instagram on Saturday to share an adorable family picture as she waits for the judge’s verdict in her Wagatha Christie trial.

The WAG posed alongside her footballer husband Jamie and four of her children – Taylor, 10, Sofia, six, Finley, four and Olivia, 18 months.

Rebekah put on a leggy display in a little black dress and added a touch of sparkle with some glittery silver heels.

The two WAGs had been fighting it out in the High Court after Rebekah claimed Coleen had libeled her when alleging she was leaking personal stories about her to the press, an accusation made in a bombshell social media post by Coleen on 19 October 2019.

Coleen, whose husband Wayne is England’s all-time top goal scorer, claims the post was a ‘last resort’ after coming to the conclusion someone was leaking information about her to the Sun, but has defended it as being true.

Rebekah claims that the post, which was published while she was pregnant, cost her a book deal and an endorsement for placenta capsules, while also acting as a lightning rod for people to abuse her on social media.

The trial, which has captured the attention of the British public, came to an end last month – one day later than expected – with a written judgement from Mrs Justice Steyn, who has presided over the proceedings, expected at a later date.
