Arsenal are among four different clubs reportedly in the hunt for Celtic forward Odsonne Edouard this summer.
The Frenchman, who has scored 82 goals in 159 matches for the Scottish champions, is also interesting Leicester City, Aston Villa and Serie A side AS Roma.
The Gunners are reportedly prepared to sell Alexandre Lacazette or Eddie Nketiah this summer, which could pave the way for Edouard while Roma are looking for a long-term replacement for Edin Dzeko, according to a report in the Leicester Mercury.
Celtic forward Odsonne Edouard has a host of clubs chasing his signature this summer
The 23-year-old, who scored for Celtic on Saturday, has a contract which expires next summer
The report details that Edouard could be allowed to leave for around £20m this summer, with Celtic previously valuing the 23-year-old at around double that price.
Edouard’s contract at Celtic Park – where he has been since a loan deal from PSG in 2017 – is due to expire in the summer of 2022.
Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers worked with Edouard during his time at Celtic and is believed to be keen on a reunion at the King Power.
West Ham were also reportedly an interested party in the January transfer window, though a deal did not materialise.
Edouard (R) has scored 21 times this season for Celtic, who have been second best to Rangers
Edouard originally joined Celtic on a season-long loan deal in 2017 before the move was made permanent a year later for around £9m.
He has scored 21 times this season, in a campaign which is set to see Celtic lose their stranglehold on the Scottish Premiership which they have won for the last nine years.
Steven Gerrard’s Rangers need just seven more points to claim the title and Neil Lennon resigned as Celtic boss last week as a result of a disappointing season so far for The Bhoys.
